Return and Refund Policy

Open products cannot be returned unless there is a recall issued by the supplier for the specific lot. We do not offer refunds; only exchanges for products of the same price or store credit. If the new product is priced lower than the returned product, the customer must purchase an additional item to meet the original price. If the new product is priced higher, the customer is responsible for paying the difference. Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the purchase date.To request a return, please contact us through our support page. If the inner seal is partially or completely stuck to the lid during manufacturing but the product is in a useable and safe state, we cannot issue a return or exchange. Exchanges do not include the shipping fee. 

Damages and Missing Items: 

Damages and missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery (based on the tracking number's delivery time). Contact us through our support page and include detailed images of the packaging and product showing the damages be sure to include pictures of the entire package including items that were no damaged. Do not discard the packaging or items until the inspection is complete, issue is resolved and reimbursement is received by you. For missing items, please provide a picture of the box. Our shipping center is monitored by security cameras, and false claims of missing items may result in legal action, including the involvement of the police and notification to your credit card company. Failure to comply with our policy will result in claim denial.
