Shipping Policy

Orders will ship within 1 business day (excluding holidays and after store hours). During periods of high order volume, there may be slight delays in the shipping process. Once your order has been packed, you will receive a tracking number via the email provided. Please note that unexpected circumstances, such as severe weather, pandemics, or power outages, may cause delays in both packaging and delivery. Delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed, and by placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of these delays.

 

Specific Product Shipping Notices:

Liquids: Due to their weight, liquid products are excluded from any free shipping offers. Shipping quotes will be provided by carriers at checkout. During the colder season, typically from November to March, drinks may freeze and arrive damaged due to temperature fluctuations. Additionally, liquids packaged in glass bottles are at risk of breaking during shipment in cold weather. Consequently, we cannot accept claims for damaged liquid products. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the potential risk of receiving damaged products during the colder seasons.

Bars, Snacks and Gummies: Please note that ordering bars, snacks, and gummies during the warmer season, typically from June to September, is done at your own risk. These products are susceptible to damage or melting due to higher temperatures. If you receive a melted product, we recommend refrigerating it for a few hours to allow it to re-solidify.

 

Cancellation Policy: 

Once the shipping label has been created, the order cannot be canceled. If you cancel the order before the shipping label is created, a 15% fee will be charged.

 

Carrier Notices:

If a package is returned to our facility because it is undeliverable or unclaimed, we will contact you twice using the provided contact information to arrange for reshipment. If you choose to have the product reshipped, any additional shipping costs will be billed to your account. Please note that we are not liable for the carrier's delivery methods. The product may be left at locations other than your doorstep, including but not limited to a pickup location or mailbox. If a notice is left for a pickup location, you will be required to retrieve the package from that location.
